Sd'ogue Emporium wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, there's only one condition where we will allow for a return. Below are the only conditions for exchange or returns:
1. Damaged Goods:
If goods are damaged upon delivery, please contact us on the website AND send us a photo on the WhatsApp number provided (within 5 working days) , and we will arrange collection of the goods from you at no charge- you will be allowed to either exchange or you will be entitled to a refund.
2. Unwanted Goods:
Please note that no returns will be allowed on goods that arrive in a good condition.
A customer will only be allowed to do exchanges at their own delivery costs, provided the goods are returned in good condition.
